The Hope After Loss Method™

An 11-week coaching journey to acknowledge your grief, rediscover hope, and begin building a meaningful life after loss.

A short video about the method. This video does not have captions yet.

What This Journey Is

  • A guided, group-based journey walked together over eleven weeks.
  • Grief education, practical tools, and space to be heard without being rushed.
  • A place where faith is welcome and never required.
  • Support in learning to carry love and hope together—not leaving the person you love behind, but discovering how to move forward while carrying their love with you.

What This Journey Is Not

  • It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • It is not a crisis or emergency service.
  • It is not a timetable for how quickly anyone should feel better.
  • It is not a place where anyone is judged for how they grieve.

Who It Serves

  • Adults 18 and older.
  • People navigating the loss of a child, spouse, parent, family member, friend, or another significant relationship.
  • People who want someone to walk beside them rather than tell them how they should grieve.

What To Expect Each Week

Eleven weeks, one step at a time. You do not have to walk the entire journey today.

The week-by-week outline is being finalized with Joel and is not published yet. We will not describe weekly content before it has been approved.

Session length, meeting cadence, group size, community standards, pricing, and the next available cohort dates will appear here once they are confirmed.

Professional Standards

Hope After Loss Project provides grief coaching, education, and support.

We are not a replacement for licensed mental health counseling, psychotherapy, medical care, or emergency services. When additional support is needed, we encourage participants to seek the care of qualified mental health and healthcare professionals.

Our role is to walk beside people, provide guidance, offer practical tools, and create a place where grief can be acknowledged without judgment.
